1. "Les Misérables" Opening at Arkansas Repertory Theatre -- This blockbuster musical is back at The Rep, and local audiences can't wait to see the fan fave. A co-production with Arizona’s Phoenix Theatre, "Les Misérables" is directed by The Rep Producing Artistic Director Robert Hupp and features an all new set design.The production will see the return of Douglas Webster to The Rep stage as Jean Valjean in the world’s longest-running musical, seen by more than 60 million people in 42 countries and now an Academy Award-winning motion picture. 2. Drop-in Family Program: "Tulip Time!" at Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs -- Learn more about tulips through family-oriented interactive activities and craft time. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Tulip time is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. March 8, 15 & 22. $5 per child, plus admission to the gardens. For info: GarvanGardens.org.

3. ACH Children's Health Fair "Wellness Wonders" at Park Plaza Mall -- Be a Super Kid Working on Wellness! Kids will play fitness games, make a finger cast, learn nutrition facts and take home souvenirs. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. March 8. For info: ParkPlazaMall.com. FREE!

5. Arkansas Symphony Orchestra Pops: The Wizard of Oz with Orchestra at Robinson Center Music Hall -- Put on your ruby slippers and follow the yellow brick road to Robinson Center for a magical show. Watch the classic movie "The Wizard of Oz" while the ASO plays the lush score. Performances are 8 p.m. March 8 and 3 p.m. March 9. $18-$59, children free to Sunday matinee with Entergy Kids Ticket.
