Deggeller Attractions of Stuart, Fla., has brought the midway attractions to the fair once again.  Fairgoers looking for exciting and thrilling carnival rides have been pleased with the selection of 65-plus rides.  Several new rides can be found on the Arkansas Federal Credit Union Midway, including Vertigo, a thrill ride that takes riders soaring 100 feet above the midway.

Johnny Gill and Everclear concludes the fair’s headliner concerts Friday and Saturday (Oct. 18-19). All of these performances take place on the Wendy’s Main Stage.

The concert series is free with gate admission, but this year, they are offering special VIP seating for each show. Preferred concert seating tickets are available for $12 here.

The Arkansas State Fair is presenting Ridin’ in the Rock when the Professional Bull Riders Tour (PBR) stampedes into Barton Coliseum on consecutive nights, Friday, Oct. 18, and Saturday, Oct. 19.  The PBR Touring Pro Division features up-and-coming bull riders as well as tour veterans competing to qualify for the PBR World Finals.
