Latino Food & Music Festival in Argenta Slated for September
Get out your maracas this September! The first Latino Food & Music Festival will be Saturday, Sept. 14 in downtown North Little Rock.
Enjoy a night of yummy Latin food and live Salsa music at the Argenta Farmers Market Plaza, 520 Main St., North Little Rock.
Feast on dishes prepared by food vendors from Brazil, Argentina, El Salvador, Mexico, Honduras, Bolivia, Colombia and Nicaragua.
Jam out to live Salsa, Merengue and the Cha Cha Cha from Cuba's own CruzWay, plus Papa Rap's Mambo Jam Salsa and Mariachi America.
Tickets are on sale now. General admission is $15 and $20 at the gate. Kids 12 and under get in free.
General admission covers music and entertainment. Food and drinks will be sold separately. Sponsored by the Arkansas Times, all proceeds from the festival will benefit the Argenta Arts District.
