Most of us have New Year's resolutions that include improving our health in some way.

To help get your diet on track, Whole Foods Market just launched its online challenge 14-Day Blast Off. After registering here, the challenge will have one mission to complete each day, along with a featured recipe.

After completing your mission, you'll earn a badge and will be able you to move on to the next. Missions include adding one veggie to your daily diet, eating a whole snack and cooking veggies without oil.

Not all of the missions have to be completed in two weeks-- you can go at your own pace. Just finish by Sunday, April 14.

It's part of the store's Health Starts Here initiative, which offers tips, recipes, cooking techniques and more to help improve diets.
