Dance students ages 9 and up will have a chance to train with renowned dancer and choreographer Bill Hastings Saturday (Oct. 13) when he whisks into the UALR Center for the Performing Arts for a day of jazz workshops.

The prolific performer has danced in over 40 musicals and plays on Broadway and in touring productions. He'll relay some of the same skills he learned under Bob Fosse in two workshops Saturday.

Children ages 9-13 will participate in a session from 9:30 a.m.-noon. From 12:30 p.m.-3 p.m., students ages 14 and up will work with Hastings (workshop full).

Cost is $20. The registration deadline is before the end of the day today (Oct. 10). Register online here.
