River Market on Ice Opens

There’s no better way to celebrate the change of seasons in Little Rock than by bundling up and hitting the ice in the River Market Pavilion. The Arvest River Market on Ice returns this year, opening Nov. 19 and running through Jan. 8. After spending almost a decade in hiatus, the River Market on Ice returned last year giving visitors and locals alike a little added festive fun to their holiday season. Back by popular demand, the ice rink will overlook the Riverfront Park and the Arkansas River. It will be open daily with operational and special holiday hours. Skating will be $9 per person, which includes 60 minutes of skating and skate rental. Children ages 4 and younger are FREE. Group discounts are available for $1 off ticket price for groups of 15 or more.

Moscow Ballet's Great Russian “Nutcracker”

Moscow Ballet is bringing its Great Russian Nutcracker back to Robinson Center Music Hall this holiday season with a spectacular show for the whole family. Eighty impeccably trained Russian dancers will perform to Tchaikovsky's famous score in this production featuring lavish costumes, larger-than-life Russian puppets and nine hand-painted backdrops with 3-D effects.
