National retailers Target, Kohl's, Best Buy and Old Havy plan to start their Black Friday sales at midnight on Thanksgiving Day. Kmart is opening at 6 a.m. Thanksgiving Day. Toys R Us is starting its sale at 9 p.m. Thanksgiving Day.
