As part of National Children’s Dental Health Month, Delta Dental of Arkansas is hosting a month-long “Say No to Cavities” Challenge.

In a nutshell: Brushing + flossing = Nintendo Switch. Yes, really. 

Good Habits, Here We Come

Did you know it only takes about 30 days to develop a new habit? Delta Dental is using this habit-forming principle to help motivate children (and their parents or guardians) to develop healthy oral health habits in February, National Children’s Dental Health Month. To join the challenge, participants (17 and under, please) just need to:

• Brush their teeth twice daily for 2 minutes each

• Floss their teeth once daily

• Track their participation on this “Say No to Cavities” sheet 

• Submit their completed sheet to Delta Dental by March 11. Mail to Delta Dental of Arkansas, P.O. Box 15965, Little Rock, AR 72231 or email to Marketing@deltadentalar.com.
