Family Resolution: Staying Active
Being active as a family is a wonderful way to stay healthy together in 2021. The CDC recommends that preschoolers (ages 3-5) should be physically active while they play, and kids and adolescents between the ages of 6 and 17 should do 60 minutes or more of moderate to vigorous physical activity a day.
Living in the metro gives Little Rock families access to all the outdoor activities The Natural State has to offer, plus a wide variety of classes, activities and sports programs. Here are a few of our round-ups to help you find the perfect fit for your family.
Virtual Workout Classes
If you’re not ready for an in-person program, virtual classes are a great way to stay active and safe. We love what Keyfit Life Kids is doing right now, and one of our 2020 Family Favorite winners, ATA Martial Arts is currently running a two week virtual class trial. Learn more here.
