In-Person Fun: Arkansas Peace Fest
Family-friendly and fun, Arkansas Peace Fest is one of the many events planned during Arkansas Peace Week taking place September 20-27. The mission of Arkansas Peace Week is to promote peacemaking in our society and raise awareness of organizations working to build a lasting peace in Arkansas.
As part of that mission, Peace Fest will feature lessons for youth and adults to take concrete steps to counter societal violence. The all-ages event will also provide sidewalk chalk art, crafts, free ice cream and snacks, music, and more for children and families.
