‘Curious George’ Opens the Season at the Arkansas Arts Center Children's Theatre
Get ready to hang out with everyone's favorite monkey and The Man with the Yellow Hat — the Arkansas Arts Center Children's Theatre's is opening the 2018-2019 season with "Curious George: The Golden Meatball" on Sept. 20.
Here's a look at the show:
It’s Meatball Day! That’s the day Curious George helps his great pal Chef Pisghetti make his extra special all-you-can-eat meatballs for crowds of hungry friends. But something’s wrong. Where are the crowds? Slick-talking Phinneas T. Lightspeed has lured them away with his amazing new Meatballs-O-Matic machine. Poor Pisghetti is so heartbroken that he vows never to cook again. Determined to lift his friend’s spirit and restore his culinary mojo, George launches a whirlwind adventure that carries him all the way to Rome – home of the world-famous Golden Meatball Contest.
"Curious George: The Golden Meatball" is based on the books by Margret and H.A. Rey.
