Mark your calendars, folks. On Jan. 8, Girl Scout Cookie sales begin right here in central Arkansas, and booth sales will kick off Feb. 12.

If you're looking for something fun and different this year, Girl Scouts also provides recipes for each cookie to turn them into something new, such as Shortbread Fudge Tiramisu or Thin Mints White Chocolate Biscotti.
