Dr. Seuss' birthday has just passed and the Laman Library has a night of fun planned for families to celebrate! At 6 p.m. on March 9, families can listen to a reading of some Dr. Seuss' stories, play games, take photos and more.

After the reading, kids can play games games such as Sock the Fox, in honor of the book "Fox in Socks." Costumed characters roam around dressed as the Cat in the Hat and Thing One and Thing Two. TheLorax will even make an appearance near the Truffula Trees for a perfect photo op.

A performance of Green Eggs and Ham will take place and audience participation is encouraged for the Green Eggs and Ham song. Photo opportunities are available with the props and Seuss-themed snacks are available.
