Range Day at Central Arkansas Nature Center: Help your kids practice target shooting or teach them how to shoot for the first time. Targets and instruction will be provided. Depending on the weather and available staffing, the archery range or the BB gun range (not both) will be set up for target shooting. Contact the nature center to see which range will be open. Superhero Science at the Museum of Discovery: Take the kids out to the Museum of Discovery to examine the science of superheros with hands-on activities for the whole family.  July 16, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. $10 for adults and children 9 and up, $8 for children 8 and younger, free for members and children younger than 1. Sunset Lake Cruise at Pinnacle Mountain State Park: What could be prettier than sunset on a lake? Join a park interpreter for an evening pontoon boat cruise on Lake Maumelle, and witness the beauty of daylight fading into dusk.
