All you’ll need is a few leftover boxes of Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs and Trefoils. And if you don’t have any in your pantry, you can now order the cookies from Chef Shuttle through the month of June.

Thin Mint Brownies

From Little Brownie Bakers

Ingredients (six servings)

  • ½ box crushed Thin Mints
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Directions

Crush Thin Mints into chunks. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Spread batter evenly in greased baking pan (13 x 9 x 2). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Samoa Milkshake

Ingredients (two servings)

  • 5 Samoas
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • ¾ cups milk
  • ½ cup toasted coconut
  • Chocolate fudge sauce
  • Caramel sauce

Directions

Toast the coconut over low heat. Rim the glass with chocolate fudge sauce and dip in toasted coconut. Place glass in freezer. Mix ice cream, milk, toasted coconut and Samoas in blender until smooth. Remove cup from freezer and cover inside with chocolate fudge sauce and caramel sauce. Fill with mixture. Top generously with toasted coconut, chocolate fudge sauce and caramel sauce.

Tagalong Cake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 10-12 Tagalongs, coarsely chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9 x 13 baking dish with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Mix cake mix, butter and egg in large bowl. Press cake dough into bottom of baking dish. Top with chocolate chips. Stir together sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until combined and pour over dough. Top with Tagalongs. Bake for 23-25 minutes.

Trefoil Smores

From Peace But Not Quiet

Ingredients

  • 1 box Trefoils
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Marshmallow cream

Directions

Cover cookie sheet with waxed paper. Combine chocolate chips and butter in microwaveable bowl and heat for 15 seconds at a time until chocolate is melted. Spread marshmallow cream on Trefoil. Add another cookie on top, and dip halfway in the chocolate mixture. Place cookie sandwiches on wax paper. Refrigerate for one hour.
