Run, run as fast as you can! You'll definitely want to catch the Gingerbread Man as he races through Little Rock on a "Bakery Blitz" this Wednesday, Dec. 2!

You may have heard that "The Gingerbread Man" production will be opening at the Arkansas Arts Center Children's Theatre on Dec. 4. Before he takes the stage, the title character, errr...cookie, will make a few stops at some of his favorite bakeries from 2-6 p.m. Dec. 2. Families can stop at one or all of the locations to meet the Gingerbread Man and to enjoy a free treat.

Here's the sweet schedule:

Sweet Love, 8210 Cantrell Road: Enjoy a free cupcake and cider with a donation of socks or men's underwear, which will benefit The Van. 2-3 p.m. Dec. 2.

Cupcakes on Kavanaugh, 5625 Kavanaugh Blvd.: Enjoy free gingerbread man cookies. 3:30-4:30 p.m. Dec. 2.

Boulevard Bread Company, 1417 Main St.: Enjoy free hot chocolate and visit the kitchen to see how cookies are made. 5-6 p.m. Dec. 2.
