Teens and parents alike can enjoy Little Rock's first outdoor movie of the season! Movies in the Park kicks off on Wednesday, June 3 with a screening of the 2014 action flick, "Divergent" (rated PG-13).

The free, annual summer movie series features a mix of classic films and modern hits--all shown outdoors at the First Security Amphitheatre in Little Rock's River Market. You can catch a different film every Wednesday in June and July, including lots of family favorites, such as "Despicable Me," "Ghostbusters," "Iron Man 3" and "The Goonies."

Audiences can bring picnics (no glass containers) and settle onto the grassy field or snag seats in the amphitheater. Concessions will be available for purchase, including soft drinks, candy and popcorn, hot dogs, ice cream and more. Pets are welcome, too!

The park opens an hour before movie showings and films begin at sundown. See the full movie schedule here, or visit MoviesInTheParkLR.net for more info.
