Cirque du Soleil will visit Verizon Arena February 19-21, 2016 and tickets are on pre-sale now! Toruk: The First Flight, inspired by James Cameron's Avatar, is an all-new live experience by Cirque du Soleil. The production envisions a world beyond imagination, taking place thousands of years before the events depicted in Cameron's blockbuster film.

The word Toruk, in the Na’vi language, refers to the great leonopteryx, the mighty red and orange predator that rules the Pandoran sky. Central in Na’vi lore and culture, this fascinating creature is crucial to the Na’vi clans’ sense of destiny and interconnectedness--and is about to be ridden for the very first time by a Na’vi.

Toruk: The First Flight is Cirque du Soleil's 37th production and boasts a impressive creative team of writers, directors, prop designers, choreographers, composers, puppet designers, makeup and costume designers, acrobatic performance designers and much more. Currently in production, the show will begin its global tour in November 2015, stopping in North Little Rock in February 2016.

Tickets are currently on pre-sale, and will on be on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, May 8. Ticket prices range from $37.50-$132.50. Visit CirqueDuSoleil.com/Toruk for more details.
