'The Princess and the Pea' Opening This Weekend at Arkansas Arts Center Children's Theatre
Get a taste of the good life at the Arkansas Arts Center Children's Theatre's production of "The Princess and the Pea," starting this Friday (March 8) and running through March 24.
The original production tells the classic tale of royal courtship and adds in a touch of whimsy and wonder. When a beautiful girl seeks shelter from the storm, what's a royal prince to do? Turns out, he's looking for a wife and the queen has just the solution to find out if this girl is a real princess. You'll have to climb to the top of 20 feather beds to see how this story ends.
The new play is highlighted in Little Rock Family's March To-Do List here!
Tickets are $12.
Showtimes are 7 p.m. Friday, 3 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. If you're needing a spring break outing, the theater is having spring break matinees of the plays at 2 p.m. every weekday from March 19-22.
Be on the lookout-- Little Rock Family will be giving away a few tickets the see the play on its Facebook page Thursday (March 7) and each day during spring break.
