If your family loves thrills and your kids love a good amusement park ride, it's time to head to Magic Springs!

The park officially opens for the 2017 season on Saturday, April 8 at 10:30 a.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony and the rides start running at 11 a.m.

The best part? Every weekend in April, admission to Magic Springs Theme and Water Park is 75 percent off! That means it's only $15 per person plus taxes. 

The theme park is open every Saturday and Sunday of the month from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. The water park section will wait until warmer weather to open on May 13. A full operating schedule with the park's hours for the entire season is available on the website. 

Magic Springs features family-friendly rides such as the Diamond Mine Coaster and the Razorback Roundup Bumper Cars. There are also a handful of rides just for kids, like the Looney Ballooney and Fearless Flyers.

The more adventurous members of the family can try the thrill rides: the X Coaster and Arkansas Twister are sure to get your adrenaline rushing!

Throughout the summer, the park will host special events including movie nights, theme weekends and more. Those events are included in the regular admission cost and a full list is available here.
