Doktor Kaboom Live: "The Electric Tour" at Reynolds Performance Hall: Creatively blending theater arts with the wonders of scientific exploration, Doktor Kaboom keeps his crowds riveted with interest and rolling with laughter. Disney Live! Mickey and Minnie’s Doorway to Magic at Verizon Arena: Join Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and the comical duo of Donald and Goofy as 25 favorite characters surprise and captivate at every turn of the knob! See the Fairy Godmother transform Cinderella’s rags into a beautiful ball gown in a split second; the Toy Story gang defy the dimensions of Andy’s toy box with the help of the green army men; and the spectacular stage debut of Rapunzel and Flynn Rider as they rise into the sky amidst the floating lanterns. "Peter and the Starcatcher" at Arkansas Repertory Theatre: In this swashbuckling prelude to J. M. Barrie’s fantasy classic "Peter Pan," the secret history of the Boy Who Would Never Grow Up is revealed with theatrical panache. Based on the popular Dave Barry books, and mixing British pantomime with playful elements of childhood make-believe, this raucous adventure journeys into the forgotten realms of the imagination filled with mermaids, fierce natives, pirates and magical starstuff. Cirque du Soleil: Toruk-The First Flight at Verizon Arena: Inspired by James Cameron’s record-breaking movie "AVATAR" is a Cirque du Soleil show that envisions a world beyond imagination set thousands of years before the events depicted in the film. The word Toruk, in the Na’vi language, refers to the great leonopteryx, the mighty red and orange predator that rules the Pandoran sky. "Annie" at Maumelle Performing Arts Center: The world's best-loved musical is based on the 1920s comic strip Little Orphan Annie. The musical follows Annie on her journey to find a family. Directed by original lyricist and director Martin Chamin and choreographed by Liza Gennaro, the performance features favorites "It's the Hard Knock Life," "Easy Street," "I Don't Need Anything But You," plus the eternal anthem of optimism, "Tomorrow." "Little Rock and a Hard Place" at The Joint: Laugh your way through this original comedy about a Californian who dies in a car accident while passing through Little Rock in 1995. When he arrives at the pearly gates, St. Peter cannot determine where to send him, so he sends him to Little Rock, where he is given a chance to earn his wings.
